Welcome to PEEL Pumps. We introduce you the Pump Control world.
What is Pump Control?
For Pump Control we refer to everything related to the pump systems that show its work and show to user. Also, everything that can monitor it or change its’ behaviour.
What Pump Control are you searching for?

Float Switches
These electronic devices (has to be connected to a control panel) and stops the pump when. It is used in water tanks for dirty or clean water storage. They stop the pump from running when the set water level tank is reached.
Pressure Control Devices
These appliances are made for starting and stopping the pump automaticly when the standing pipe at the end of the system is turned off.
I.E. there is a valve and a mini tank that create pressure. The pressure control start and stop the pump. There is a valve that can do press switch and control together. When you open water the valve open. When you close water the valve listen the pressure and stop the pump.
Good for simple installation
highly reccomend a flexible pipe and a sand or screen filter before the device.
1.5 kW is the max running, reaching maximum of 10 bars of pressure. The screw on back of it allow to change the start and stop pressure.
An extra feature of this device is Dry Running Protection: Automatic attempt will be performed by the device until the water level is restored in the borehole.
Bad sides: It include half liter of internal tank. If there is a broken pipe somewhere this turn on and off always. After 4 or 5 years it brokes.
Is a tool for a simple system that doesn’t condensate (so it is used only for one pump, monophase with 2 wires)
Mechanical Pressure Switches
Usually these are electronical devices used to turn on and turn off any pump system when water is required or not required.
The pressure inside of the pipe is the only variable that is listened and used by mechanical pressure switches.
Please note, a pressure tank is required to work properly. You install it between the tanka and the pump.
Sirens or Alarms
Sirens or alarms provide feedbacks to users about failures in case of power cut.
Control Boxes
A Control Box is a unit device that start single phase motors.
Why? Actually the single phase motors need an initial boost to start their engine. After the work of the control box ends you have a working borehole pump, sewage/septic tanks, pressure boosting pumps, irrigation pumps and (very few) drainage pump.
