I couldn't have asked for more help. Gio was very thorough with everything, making sure the pump was EXACTLY what we needed and then he and the rest of the team could not have been more supportive when the delivery company messed up the delivery the first day. They were as pleased as we were when it arrived and began working.
I couldn't recommend this company more.

I needed advice on the rebuilding of a GMP pump and Gio was extremely helpful in guiding me on which way the mechanical seals were to be fitted. I didn’t take the pump apart so Gios advice was much appreciated. I would hesitate to recommend him and when we needs parts in the future we will be using Perl Pumps

I bought two siren alarms for over £400 on 26/07/25. They called me to say they only had one in stock. I told them to cancel the order and refund me immediately. It’s now 11/08/25 — over two weeks later — and I still haven’t seen a single penny back. This is outright incompetence or a deliberate attempt to hold onto my money. If I hadn’t written down that they owe me, they’d probably try to deny it altogether. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly has no respect for customers or their money. Spend your cash elsewhere unless you enjoy being messed around and treated like a fool.

Having had issues with previous pumps, I found Peel and their application engineer Gio was extremely helpful both specifying what I required but also help during the installation.
A great service. I later had issue which Gio resolved immediately and even supplied a short video to explain, first class service!

Again called upon the technical expertise of Giovanni for two recent borehole pump failures. Compatible spare parts identified quickly and despatched same day.
This enable both water supplies to restored ASAP, meaning I have two more happy clients.

What can I say about this company other then that Gio went above and beyond to help me get my sewage pump sorted out, I was really struggling to get hold of a company to sort my pump out so I searched for a company that deal with pumps in my area and I came across peel pumps the reviews speak for them self, Gio rang me back after I spoke to the lovely lady at reception after letting her know what I was after, Gio said he would sort the problem out for me even whilst he was away on holiday. Can’t recommend this company enough 👍👍👍

My sewage pump failed and I called for a replacement. Gio was very helpful and suggested an alternative pump that was in stock. He took pics and made measurements to ensure it was suitable and was very knowledgeable. He made contact via WhatsApp and his responses to my questions were accurate and rapid.
The new pump arrived the next morning.
Truly delighted and cheaper than the original pump.
Superb customer service.

Excellent company, my Well pump failed to earth at 5pm on a Thursday and left us without water, I found them through Google and they offered to come back after hours and open up for me to see what they could do, I declined but went in at 8am of the Friday and got a cup of Tea and a great replacement pump and hose connetor and was back on line for Lunchtime what a relief and a five star service, Gio and the guys pulled out all the stops, I can highly reccommend.

Very helpful company and people.

I purchased a beautiful pump that was very reasonably priced, but I was concerned that it would not quite fit my borehole. They kindly accepted its return even though this was well outside the time limit stated in the T+Cs. I was sad to see it go.

Giovanni and Giulia at zds have been absolutley amazing I would fully recommend them and their products. We are currently using one of their borehole pumps and it had worked tirelessy for a number of years without issue. As a novice in this area their help has been invaluablr as we are looking at increasing the flow of the pump.
