- Comprehensive testing;
- Internal polypropylene capsule;
- Water inlet connection in stainless steel;
- Does not require any maintenance.
These pressure tanks are constructed of a virgin polypropylene liner and are combined with an FDA approved high grade butyl diaphragm. The main brand is Global Water Solution. This is held against the wall of the tank with a steel clench ring. The brass air valve prevents air leaks. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel water connection. The water connection uniquely provides a dual water air seal therefore a complete leak free and maintenance free pressure vessel. On the exterior, the almond coloured paint finish over an epoxy undercoating provides hundreds of hours of UV and salt spraying protection.
The tanks are quality tested during the production phase to ensure the structure integrity of each and every tank.
As a result of the testing, there is a expected delivery time frame of up to 3 weeks for the pressure tanks.
